Day 90

I started the day off nicely with a nice warm drink.  I had a hot chocolate, but I also put in a broken up mini candy cane, and some extra marshmallows.  So it was quite healthy!

I think a couple things came together today, but nothing very big.  Another pretty dull day.

I did go out at one point and Pumpkin was there.  So I petted her and gave her a couple treats.  Then she followed me over to the bathroom, waited for me, and started to follow me back.  However, another person sort of blocked her path, unintentionally.  So she sat down and was looking at him, and he was just looking at her.  I was about 20 yards away, but I made a noise to get her attention.  She looked over, and then I made my noise again, and she came running over to me!  I think she really does recognize me, which is really neat.  She was outside again when I left work tonight, so she got some good petting.

I also had dinner with the Honorable Ray Mabus, Secretary of the Navy.  So that was neat.  We ended up having lots of people there, maybe 30.  So it was crowded, and he didn't really talk to me at all.  But that's ok. He seems like a decent guy, and I'm sure he makes the best decisions he can.  He also gave each of us a coin on his way out.





But that's about it for today.  90 whole days gone.  At least I get to sleep in again tomorrow.  Good Night!
